How does the free trial work?

Every new subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. You can publish a contest, review submissions, and test promotion tools during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. The trial applies to first-time subscriptions only and does not restart if you change plans later.

How am I billed?

Billing is handled through Shopify. Your ReelWin subscription appears on your Shopify invoice at the same time as your other Shopify app charges, so everything stays in one place.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the ReelWin billing page at any time. The new billing cycle takes effect immediately and replaces your previous subscription.

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?

You can change plans at any time. Both upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade from Pro to Growth, your oldest active contest stays active, any newer active contests move to a downgraded state, and submissions past the 50-entry limit are locked until you upgrade again.

Is there a per-entry or per-contest fee?

No. ReelWin charges a flat subscription. Growth includes up to 50 entries per contest. Pro includes unlimited entries per contest. There are no hidden upload or processing fees.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your ReelWin subscription from the Shopify admin at any time. When your subscription ends, ReelWin data is deleted according to our privacy policy.

What if my store only needs a one-time contest?

Start on Growth, launch your contest, and cancel when you are done. If you want to keep any submission media, download it before your contest's 30-day review window ends. You can reinstall ReelWin later and start a new contest whenever you like.
