ReelWin is an all-in-one UGC contest creation and management platform for Shopify. Merchants launch customizable giveaway contests where their customers enter by submitting videos or photos. You collect authentic content you can reuse on your social channels, in ads, and on your storefront.

You use the contest setup wizard to configure prizes, dates, terms, submission page design, form fields, and email templates. ReelWin generates a public submission page you can share or embed. Customers enter by uploading a video or photo. You review entries in the dashboard and pick a winner in one click.

Yes. ReelWin is a Shopify app, so it installs on an active Shopify store.

Customers can enter your contest by submitting a video or a photo. You choose which types of media your contest accepts in the setup wizard.

Anyone with the public submission page link can enter your contest. If you want to restrict who is eligible to win (for example, by country or to existing customers), state those requirements in your contest terms so entrants understand the rules.

You can review every entry from your dashboard, favorite the ones you like, and choose winners from among the entries that meet your contest terms. Eligibility is defined by the terms you publish on the submission page.

Open any submission from the dashboard to preview the video or photo, then download the original file directly to your computer. You can download media one entry at a time or in bulk by selecting multiple entries and using the Download Media button.

You define the prize in the contest setup wizard. It can be a Shopify discount code that ReelWin delivers automatically in the winner email, or a custom prize that you fulfill yourself and describe in your contest terms.

Once you pick a winner, ReelWin sends the winner email using the template you configured for that contest. You can customize the subject line, copy, and branding so the email reflects your store.

Install ReelWin from the Shopify App Store. After you authorize the app on your store, the contest setup wizard walks you through publishing your first contest.

Yes. All new ReelWin subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin.

Submission data is available throughout the contest and during a 30-day review window after the contest ends. After the review window, submission media and entrant data are automatically cleaned up from ReelWin.

Content ownership is defined by your contest terms, which you write and display on the submission page. Many merchants ask entrants to grant a license to use their submissions in marketing. The license and ownership arrangement is between you and the entrant.

When you uninstall the app, ReelWin deletes your merchant data and any customer data collected through your contests. The process is Shopify compliant. If you want to keep specific submission media, download it before you uninstall.
